All course bookings must be made via our official website or in-person at our authorized centers.
Seats are limited and confirmed only upon payment.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course based on minimum enrollment or other unavoidable circumstances.
Full payment must be made prior to course commencement.
Accepted payment methods include: Cash, bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, and Online Gateways.
Payments are non-refundable unless a course is canceled by Language Park.
Course fees are non-refundable after enrollment unless otherwise stated.
In case of course cancellation by Language Park, a full refund or course transfer option will be provided.
No refund will be given for missing classes or late arrival.
All students must attend classes as per the batch schedule.
Students must maintain discipline and avoid any disruptive behavior.
Language Park reserves the right to expel any student found violating code of conduct.
All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Language Park.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Certificates are provided upon successful course completion and attendance of minimum 80% of total classes.
Certification is only available to students who pass internal assessments (if applicable).
All personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We ensure that your data will not be shared without your consent.
When booking a course online, please ensure your information is accurate.
Online bookings will be confirmed via email/SMS once payment is verified.
Language Park is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or technical issues outside of our control.
We are also not liable for visa refusals, delays in embassy processing, or third-party decisions related to further migration or education.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
